Refund policy

We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

To start a return, you can contact us at shop@studio1kinsale.com. Please post your return to Studio1, 6 Market quay, Kinsale, Co Cork, P17 PW29, Ireland by registered post. We are not responsible for items lost in transit.

Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.


Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like perishable goods, custom products (such as special orders, printing or personalized items), and vouchers. We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.


Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.


Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.

 

Terms & Conditions of Voucher Sale 

 Vouchers are valid for one year from date of purchase and cannot be extended past this time.

  1. Gift Vouchers are non-refundable, cannot be extended and are non-transferable.
  2. Vouchers are the sole responsibility of the holder, Studio1 does not accept responsibility for vouchers that are lost or mislaid, protect them as you would cash. 
  3. Cash refunds are not permitted. Vouchers may not be redeemed for cash.
  4. Vouchers bought over the phone will be posted to the address given. Please allow 5-7 working days for postal vouchers.
  5. Vouchers that have been altered or damaged in any way will not be accepted.
  6. When purchased online, the purchaser and the recipient have a responsibility to ensure that the unique voucher code is not disclosed to others-by printing the voucher once and by closing down the web page immediately once printed.
  7. Vouchers may not be resold.
  8. By purchasing a voucher, the purchaser and recipient agree to be bound by the full terms and conditions of voucher purchase and the terms and conditions.
  9. Studio1 and/or voucher purchase system supplier (i) cannot be held responsible for lost or appropriated voucher codes; (ii) reserve the right to refuse redemption of a voucher and request alternative forms of payment if a voucher is fraudulently obtained or used; (iii) make no warranties, express or implied, with respect to vouchers including, without limitation, any express or implied warranty of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose. In the event a voucher is non-functional, your sole remedy, and the sole liability, shall be the replacement of such voucher at unredeemed face value.
  10. Studio1 reserves the right to refuse redemption of a voucher and request alternative forms of payment if a voucher is fraudulently obtained or used.
  11. By purchasing a voucher online, the purchaser and recipient agree to be bound by the full terms and conditions of voucher purchase and the terms and conditions of the booking process where applicable to the voucher use.
  12. Studio1 reserves the right to alter, change and/or add to the terms and conditions of this voucher at any time without notifying the holder.
